David the driver went well beyond the normal expected from a delivery man in ensuring that our parcel was able to be delivered to our house which is currently a building site. He was both patient and courteous and on the phone to me
I wish that other delivery drivers had the same customer focussed attitude
Our driver unloaded the heavy shower package and carried it to our garage for storage. We were unable to help as we are both OAP’s and unable to help. We were also kept updated on the drivers position regarding delivery and he arrived at the predicted time. Full marks.
The communications from these guys and the ability to track the delivery was superb. Email, text and tracking links were provided and the delivery was made early and without fuss.

The driver delivered a 50 kg item from Plumbworld, he went the extra mile and helped me with the item into my property, which to be honest, not many people would’ve done. So five stars for him the communication from stop start was excellent throughout and I had a narrow window of delivery which was adhered to perfectly. This delivery could not have been any better. On the day of delivery, I got another text narrowing down that delivery window to a 30 minute slot, and a final text to say it would be delivered in 5 minutes, which it was.
